Multifunctional Aviation Power Unit

The JFADW-05K power supply vehicle is a trailer-type AC/DC power vehicle. It uses a diesel engine as the primary power source to drive a generator, producing medium-frequency power. Through an external commutator, it generates DC power. The entire generating set and electrical control system are mounted on the trailer chassis. This vehicle can independently output both AC and DC power. Its working principle is based on power electronics technology, typically utilizing two core components: inverters and rectifiers. The main task of the inverter is to produce adjustable AC power from a DC source, while the rectifier is responsible for converting AC power back to DC power.

When providing support for aircraft using 28.5V power, in 28V mode, it can output DC 28.5V for power-on and startup. For aircraft using 115/200V 400Hz power, in 115V mode, it can output AC 115/200V for power-on and startup, and can also provide AC 36V for in-situ detection. When supporting aircraft using both 115/200V 400Hz and 28.5V power, in 28V mode, it can output AC 115/200V and DC 28.5V for power-on. While one aircraft is starting with DC 28.5V, the other can continue receiving 115/200V power until the startup process is completed.

This product has very low requirements for the operating environment and can function normally even at altitudes of 3,000 meters or under extreme temperatures. The diesel engine and generator used in this vehicle are nationally certified products, and their emissions comply with environmental protection standards. Operating this vehicle does not require special safety measures, ensuring the safety of the operator.
